FAQ’s

Q. How do I order a picture from you?

A. It’s pretty simple! Head on over to our Get Started Page and choose how many people, pets you would like and type of drawing, which background you would like and whether you would like a digital copy, print only copy or a framed picture. Checkout and pay then upload your photos. Leave the rest up to us!

Q. How many photos do I need to provide?

A. Usually 1 or 2 clear photos of each person or pet you would like drawn is enough. If you require specific items to be included in the drawing such as a piece of clothing or accessory, then please upload pictures of those items too.

If you would like us to draw a photo as it is then you only need to provide us with a single photo.

Q. Will I get to see my picture before it’s sent out to me?

A. Yes. Once we have completed your picture we will send you a draft copy to approve before we send you the finished version.

Q. Do I need to give you one photo with everyone in it?

A. No you don’t! You can give us either a single photo or multiple photos to draw from.

Q. Will I still get a digital copy even if I choose to order a print or framed picture.

A. Yes you will. We include the digital version with all orders.

Q. How long is the turnaround time?

A. Usually it takes approximately 7 working days from when you order until you receive the draft copy for you to check and approve. Times might be slightly longer during busier times of the year like before Valentine’s Day or the Christmas period.

Q. Can I make changes to the draft drawing?

A. To ensure you are 100% satisfied with your custom drawing, we offer 2 revisions free of charge! A typical revision might include change of colours, clothing and or minor facial features. Any additional revisions will be charged extra.

Q. I’ve Placed my order but I couldn’t upload photos at the time of order. What do I do next?

A. Don’t panic! If we haven’t received any pictures with your order, we will contact you directly via email to request them. Alternatively you can send us a message via our contact us page.

Q. I ordered a digital version only, but I’d like to have my drawing framed instead. Can I ammend my order?

A. If you would like to amend your order, you can contact us directly with your name, address and order number to request any changes. Additional charges will apply accordingly.
